Missing Target

If some one is suffering a beating, usually a defender acts by stopping the attacker, not by rendering the victim non-existent.

Well, in life if one is suffering from anything or everything, the opposite is true. We cannot stop the suffering and pain of the world, but the one suffering can render  himself non-existent by destroying the sense of “I”(ego). If there is no subject to suffer, who suffers?

This is like saying that the best way to stop an arrow from damaging its target is to suddenly realize that there is no target.  You don’t have to believe me, start your own journey and see for yourself.
